NVENC DECODE

Its not possible for HandBrake to do ENC and DEC by NVENC? Please make it possible.. Emby can also dec and enc with NVENC. This would be VEEERY nice :D

Why do you think it would be nice? The software decode is not that slow that it would be noticeable while doing an encode, and it is MUCH more tolerant of bad sources than hardware decoders.

on 4k hdr IT IS SLOW.. only 30fps and my gpu is only on 10% while transcoding. IT IS a must have feature

I'm a bit skeptical of 30fps on 4K HDR.

I'm confused. What does GPU load have to do with NVENC? NVENC is separate hardware from the GPU, just on the same chip.

And, without a log, we cannot know what filters (which run on the CPU, not NVENC) you are using. There are a LOT of things that affect speed.
