Flatpak not updating to latest release

Post by TrogdorMenoo »

Description of problem or question:

Following the website instructions to update the flatpak, I cannot get v 1.2.1 to update to 1.2.2. (https://handbrake.fr/rotation.php?file= ... 64.flatpak). I'm following these instructions: https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/1.2.0/get- ... stall.html

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Per instructions at https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/1.2.0/get- ... stall.html under "Flatpak bundles"...
1. flatpak --user install https://flathub.org/repo/appstream/fr.h ... flatpakref ----> "error: App fr.handbrake.ghb, branch stable is already installed".

2. flatpak --user update fr.handbrake.ghb -----> "Looking for updates..." Then it drops back to the command line without any further messages.

3. If I run the flatpak using "flatpak run fr.handbrake.ghb".... Help --> About --> Version = 1.2.1

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.2.1.

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

DISTRIB_ID=LinuxMint
DISTRIB_RELEASE=19
DISTRIB_CODENAME=tara
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Linux Mint 19 Tara"

1.2.2 did not have changes for Linux, thus 1.2.1 is the latest Linux release.
