Convert TrueHD to E-AC3

Description of problem or question:
I try to convert TrueHD-Audio Track to E-AC3 Passtru to Play Atmos on an Ultimo 4k with an AVR-x2400h.
But it convert only in an AC3 Track in mkv. But i have files with an E-AC3 Track that runs on the ultimo4k with Atmos. They are mp4's. but if i try to convert in an mp4 then i can't choose E-AC3.
How can I convert an 4k movie with TrueHD in an mp4 with E-AC3?
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Nightly 20180318202418-15d861d-master - 64bit
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)
