MP4s not timestamped anymore?

Hi,

I just noticed that mp4 timestamping disappeared some time between May 2013 and November 2014. Was that done on purpose or is it a bug? (All work done via CLI on Xubuntu 13.10 or 14.04.)

We changed mp4 muxers. But I will look into it to see if there is a way to restore this functionality with the new muxer.
