Transcoding m2ts files

Hi All

I trust that there is some one who can assist me. I have a number of disc created by a sony cam corder. This camcorder wrote .m2ts files. A number of files refuse to read. Handbrake says ' No source ' but I can play them with vlc.

Here is the output.
