[0.9.3] WinGUI: encode finish, minimize, notification

I did a quick encode, then let it sit for a while (2-3 minutes) after the encode was done. Then I minimized HB and then I got the tray notification. Shouldn't the tray notification not have occurred because the app wasn't minimized when the encode finished?
