If file explorer crash on Windows, Handbrake will too

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
If you get the Windows versión of Handbrake on Paused state and your "explorer.exe" crash, when the file is restarted by the system, at same time Handbrake also will close itself with loss all render sesion data.
What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
I can't tell you how to crash the Windows file explorer, but as we all know this happen sometimes.
What version of HandBrake you are running:
1.0.7
What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Windows 7
Where did you download HandBrake from? handbrake.fr or somewhere else?
