In the current Linux v1.04 handbrake-gtk (as of 4Apr2017 Ubuntu PPA only links v1.04 no v1.07 ?) I can only set 20Mbps as the max video bitrate, though on the Mac OS v1.07 version I can see it higher i.e. 35Mbps. Is this a bug in the Linux version ?
Incidentally - I can't increase the maximum AAC audio bitrate higher than 320Kbps in the Mac OS version, but can increase it to 512Kbps on the Linux - Not sure if it's a bug or limit of the Mac OS AAC library ?
What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
Load a 1080p24 source (actually a ProRes422HQ file), on video tab select:H264, profile:High@L4.2, Constant Frame Rate:same as source than select Constant Video Bitrate and try to set the video bitrate higher than 20Mbps. Linux v1.04 won't allow me to enter more than 20Mbps (+/- buttons are greyed out at 20Mbps) - However I can increase this setting on the Mac OS v1.07 version.
