Handbreak 1.0.2 is unable to scan most of my flv files

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
since i updated to version 10.0.2 most of the flv files that i generate are unable to be scanned. it just keeps scanning forever with no progress. please bare in mind these files used to scan and decode fine before this version

What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
just scan any over 4 GB flv file, it seems when i scan smaller ones they are fine

What version of HandBrake you are running:
10.0.2
What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
windows 10 pro
If there was any exception or error displayed, please copy it and paste it here:
i do not seem to find an exception or an error, it just stops in the log here as you will see in the log below
