I am finding a great number of sync issues with version 1.0.2, which do not happen in older versions. I have had problems with ts and mkv files (PAL) that go out of sync when I try to convert them using the latest version. I have tried a variety of settings, including the legacy apple TV 3 setting (which works in the older versions), but they consistently produce a final file that is out of sync.
What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
I have tried to convert multiple videos (all PAL) in a variety of presets. Fails every time.
What version of HandBrake you are running:
1.0.2 - but older versions work fine on the same files (currently using 0.10.5 and it works flawlessly)
What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Mac 10.11.6
