[Invalid] HB screens not completely appearing

Post by maintenant »

Hi, here my first message in Forum.Handbrake.fr,

Windows 10, 64bits
past 0.10.5.0 and 1.02 last versions of Handbrake
Netbook DELL XPS13-9350

My problem, when I launch Handbrake, the Handbrake screen does not appear completely in my screen :
The 2 first lines are hidden : "Handbrake" line and "File Tools Presets Help" line are hidden. I know it's a small problem, but I'll be pleased you explain how I can fit it.

Small problem if I choose Handbrake/Preferences/About HB : the First line and Close Button are out of my screen, can't reach it :|

Thank you to answer

...nobody to answer at my first post ?
the question was that the handbrake screen is too large in height,
so that the first lines "File Tools Presets Help" can't be reached...

Not everyone has the time to look up your laptop's specs to see whether or not it meets the video requirements of the GUI.

According to one review, if yours is the current version of the 13-9350, it has a 3200 x 1800 display, which should work, except that it has a 276 pixel per inch spacing. If you have not configured windows with that DPI, it will scale most things to what it thinks they should be, and so windows that CAN fit, won't.

Minimum system requirements are 1024x768 or equivilant at non-100% scaling. If you are lower than this, then it will cause problems and we don't support it.
