Bob-deinterlacing doesn't deinterlace last frame

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
Using the "bob"-deinterlacing option doesn't deinterlace the last frame of the video.
What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
Load an interlaced video. Select "filter: deinterlace: decomb, preset: bob interlace detection: default"
In my case, this is the sourcevideo:

Disable comb detection and all your frames will get bobbed.
