filename settings on windows with {time} does not work

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:

output filename setting in settings, when you use {time} it will add : to the filename and it will cut filenames in that point.. i used intel qsv in video settings, don't know is that a case in other encoders..

What are the steps to reproduce this problem:

example add _{time} variable in output filename setting in settings after {source}.

What version of HandBrake you are running:

1.0.1

What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):

windows 7

If there was any exception or error displayed, please copy it and paste it here:

no, filenames just scrambled in log files and in output filenames and finally after encode, final file (with any name) newer appears in output directory.
