[Confirmed] Latest Build Crashes

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
Nightly HandBrake-6c731e1_x86_64-Win_GUI.exe crashes at startup.

What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
Simply launch HandBrake.

What version of HandBrake you are running:
HandBrake-6c731e1_x86_64-Win_GUI.exe

What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Windows Ultimate 7 64-bit

Crash confirmed here on Win7-64. Backstepping to 6b713ad works, but if you install the 6c731e1 hb.dll the crash returns.

same problem with the same version of handbrake. same messages were in event log. version of windows is win 7 pro 64bit.

build 6c731e1 is crashing at launch for me on Windows 7 64 bit.

The GUI is in need of some updates for recent API changes. I've not had time to deal with that since I'm working abroad for a month and don't have access to my main development rig.
