v10.2: Multiple angles and wrong chapter marks

With v10.2, discs with multiple angles are much better handled than in previous 10.x versions. Thanks for that.

But I noticed wrong chapter marks with a BluRay and a selected angle > 1. For each angle there is a variant of the movie's intro on the disc. For example, with '--angle 2', the resulting mp4 file showed chapters 1,2,1,4, etc...

With v0.9.9 there are no such problems. In fact I'm still using v0.9.9 because there were never any angle related or any other problems.

Platform is Windows 8.1 64 Bit, using HB CLI 64 Bit (v0.10.2) from this site
