Multiple Discs in Queue - Quits After First Disc
The Mac version of Handbrake has a problem where it quits in the middle of the queue. Specifically, when multiple discs of a TV show are in the queue, Handbrake will finish encoding the first disc’s content and then quits. I can’t even resume Handbrake’s progress by reopening it and clicking on “Reload Queue” because when I do so, it quits.

Are the multiple disks in separate drives, or are you expecting it to eject one disk, prompt for the next, and resume?

They're in separate drives.
