Clean install with no Preferences in place beyond those on first run. On choosing “Select Default Preset” via “Presets” menu it crashes. This appears to be due to no default preset existing at this point. The option should not be available until a default preset has been set.
OS X 10.10.1. No other apps running apart from Activity Monitor and Finder.

There were some issues were a new default preset wasn't automatically selected in 0.10, it has been fixed since in the development code.
