Audio Out of Sync

After encoding the audio is way out of sync. As the video progresses the time out of sync increases. Encoded using 6268svn-MacOSX.6_GUIx86_64, downloaded 8/6/2014 from HandBrake website.Running OSX 10.9.4. Firefox was ran during the encode. Tried nightly build 6267 with same problem. Tried different audio/video settings with same issue. See activity log below.

Funny looking file you have there... why did you resample the audio to 44.1 KHz in your source?
