[Fixed] Win - minor bug with new weighted P frames check box

I know it's a minor bug but thought I'd mention it.
The new Weighted P check box in the nightly (3389) seems to be behaving strangely.
1. Select a the Normal or High Profile preset and the check box is checked with no mention of weightp in advanced string text box. (Default is weightp=1 so this is OK)
2. Deselect Weighted P Frames check box and nothing happens in the advanced text box. (Should now read weightp=0 to disable feature)
3. Re-select check box and weightp=0 appears in text box. (Text string now appears to work in inverse to check box)
