Folder scan picks the wrong titles

This is probably operator error more than anything but I thought I'd mention it anyway...

Downloaded and installed the nightly builds for windows:
* HandBrake-svn3307-Win_CLI.zip [fingerprint]
* HandBrake-svn3307-Win_GUI.exe [fingerprint]

Went to Source and selected a folder with 11 movies in ISO format.

After the scan completed, I can see 11 titles, each one shows a different source iso. The problem seems to be that the title selected isn't always the one associated with the movie.

Screenshot attached because it probably makes more sense than I am.

Looks like iso images in a folder is not currently supported. Kind of makes a mess when you try so maybe something that can be cleaned up.
