[Fixed] [0.9.4] [MacGUI] Subtitle settings problems

I want to code a move two times.
First time: Language DE/EN, Subtitles: no
Second Time: Languange EN/DE, Subtitles Burned in: EN
After adding the second version to the queue, the first one has also the Subtitles EN added to the task

The same thing the other way round:
First time: Languange EN/DE, Subtitles Burned in: EN
Second Time: Language DE/EN, Subtitles: no
After tadding the second version to the queue, the first one looses the subtitles
