At first I thought it was too many files in the queue, now i'm not so sure.
I've had it happen on 2 different presets, my appleTV HD preset (appletv preset, turned down to 57%, aspect ratio t 1280x720, forcing 23.976 frames) and my universal one (universal, bumped up to 62%, decomb turned on).
