CLI opens and shuts quickly-no rip

Reads the VIDEO_TS folders OK, but when I encode (or encode queue), the CLI window opens for about a second and then closes. Handbrake says Encoding finished. Here's the log:

I get this exact same problem when trying to run handbrake on a windows vista machine. Happened on my friends vista system too with 0.9.1. I just figured it doesn't run well on pc but i get a feeling where just unlucky. Would love to see what speed the quad core machines at work could encode at

I take that back... when i run as administrator it works great. 4x faster then my black core2duo macbook
