We need to see the encode portion of the log where the error occurred. The scan portion does not show a failure.

Where do I find the encode portion of the log? I tried following the instructions from here to find it, but I can't seem to locate it: https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/latest/hel ... y-log.html.

If the encode ran, the log would be in the same location the scan log was.

The exception would be, if you've enabled the option to copy the encode log to the same directory as the output file, AND the encode completed (which you say it hasn't). Then it will be in the output directory, with the same name as the output file, but ".txt" as the file extension.
