How to create a new preset

Description of problem or question:
How do I create a new preset?
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
The button to add a presest has been removed.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.4.1
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

I've just updated to 1.4.1 and the presentation of presets has changed. How do I create a new preset now?

Just above the tabs on the main window, you'll see a "Save New Preset" button.
For 1.4.2 there will also be a menu entry in the presets menu, and preset button on the toolbar. This will probably be out in the near future.

Note, if you prefer a flatter preset view, that's configurable in preferences -> general -> there is an option for preset display mode in there.

1.5 (a while away yet but you can play with it in the development snapshot builds) is evolving the new design further to improve some of the "discoverability" issues with the simpler UI controls 1.4 switched to.

I'm sorry but there is no "save new preset" button above the tabs in the main window
no option to create a new preset in the preset tab either, no "add" no "remove" nothing
