HI
How i can compress video file into 1.9gb video.
i dont know how to do it?

Use a bitrate calculator and an average bitrate target in HB.

You request information without providing any information to base answers on.

As long as you don't overwrite your source file (make a backup!), there is a process called PLAY, where you try various things and see what they do. Have handbrake load the video (that's the first thing the GUI requests you do). Select a preset. Give the output file a name. Start the encode.

Is it the size you want? Player one wins! Too big? Player one tries again with another preset!

There is documentation on how to get started. If you're starting with a 15TB source file and trying to get a 1.9GB output file, you're going to pretty much throw out all quality. If you have a 2.5GB DVD video, getting 1.9GB will be pretty easy.
