Description of problem or question:
I am trying to convert variable framerate files to constant framerate files with no other changes because Premiere loses its mind about variable framerate files. However, they are not converting. Both MediaInfo and Premiere see them as Variable Framerate still.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
1) Drop a file in Handbrake
2) I match the dimensions to the original file and turn off all filters
3) Put Video Codec to: H.264 (x264) and "Constant Framerate". Quality is Constant Quality: 22
4) Choose where to save & start Encode
5) File creates, then I check in Media Info & Premiere to see if it converted properly. So far, no dice. Makes no sense since I did this just a couple weeks ago without issue. Am I missing something?
