Description of problem or question:
I am using HandBrake to shrink video files before uploading them to Thinkific. On some files, there is a second of missing audio right before the end of the output. Not the very end but about 3 seconds from the end. The original files have the correct audio but every time I use HandBrake to shrink them the audio is missing that second. The presenter's lips move so the video is not freezing.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
I'm dropping a .wmv file, created in Camtasia, into HandBrake, choosing mp4 format and web optimised and leaving the defaults.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.3
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10

Under Summary, try unchecking "Align A/V Start."
