Handbrake Scanning Doesn't Work

Post by mcmanster »

Description of problem or question:
I'm currently going through my DVD collection on Handbrake, and for the first few DVD's it was fine, but when I started the third, while it was scanning, it would go to %50, stay there for a little bit, then go all the way to %100 and I would get an error saying "Handbrake could find no files on this disc". I tried again this time with the discs that worked before, same error. Also, just to see that nothing went wrong with the discs, I tried it on my DVD player and everything worked fine, so I tried it with another computer with Handbrake on it, but I got the same error. I've also tried uninstalling Handbrake on the first computer and reinstalling it, but I'm still getting the same error.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
N/A / Don't Know

Handbrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

Handbrake Version 1.3.3

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 Pro
