preset panel nightly

Would like to know how to enable preset panel in the nightly builds?

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Nightly 20201206213608-436cc757f-master (2020120601)



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10



HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

The preset panel has been retired.

Presets can currently be selected one of two ways currently.
1. View the in-line preset picker just above the tabbed pane.
2. Via the Presets Menu.
