Right Click, convert to Handbrake and delete source

Hello !
Maybe i'll get some help here !
I would like to create some script that I could from a right click / Send to "Convert to Handrake"
Doing so would automatically convert the source from the defaut preset and erase the source.
Is that complicated ? I know nothing about coding but if there is a step by step somewhere, I'll gladly have a go.
