mp4 not m4v

Description of problem or question:
I need to downsize an mp4 file. Handbrake makes them into m4v's which is not accepted into the system I'm uploading to. How to I set it to mp4?

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
