The queue starts two convert jobs at the same time !

Description of problem or question:
I installed two windows updates today:
- KB4562899 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 (July 31, 2020)
- KB4568831 (OS Build 19041.423) (July 31, 2020)

I did not have the problem before these two updates. Now queue starts two convert jobs at the same time !


Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.3 (2020061300)
Reinstalling did not help.
Now I returned back to version 1.2.2. The older version works

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 Pro with the latest build version 2004

It appears you were using the nightly build, not 1.3.3. The nightly supports running multiple jobs in parallel. Feature, not a bug.

I used the stable version 1.3.3 and I also tried today for the first time the nightly version, but a few features do not exist in the latest nightly version. So I installed 1.2.2.
