Converting MP4 to AVI on Windows

Description of problem or question:

I've downloaded the latest version of Handbrake - 1.3.3 - hoping to convert some MP4 files to AVI. However, I don't see that option anywhere unless I'm not looking in the right location. Any help would be appreciated.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.3.3

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Windows 7
