hello frens, saving extension preferences

last time i asked how to stop it auto cropping and you were wonderful, im wondering if i can make it default to mp4 rather than m4v
i have been using handbrake to convert for different platforms but the main site im using dosnt recognise m4v's as mp4's so i have to always remember to change the extension either before processing or after, the actual video works fine when i rename it to mp4 so im just wondering if i can force handbrake to always output as mp4 rather than m4v?
thanks in advance, the site devs are also looking into changing their site to work with m4v's
