Lagging video after converting a video from TS file

I'm trying to convert a TS file but conversion will be over around 30% and queue finished message is displayed. The result video is lagging. I tried with many preset, other output formats but all the result are same and videos are lagging. I tried with other TS video but the result are the same again.

What is wrong? How can I fix it?
