Error Searching for start time, 99.03%

Hello guys, I have a problem with HandBreak 1.3.3 (2020061300)

I select a video in the program and select the seconds option and define a range range of the video to encode, in the subtitles option I select the .srt file and in the charcode option I leave it as ISO-8859-1, my subtitle has some characters like accent, when I send encodar the following message appears:


Encoding: Searching for start time, 99.03%

And it just gets stuck in that message, not starting the procedure, I'm just taking a short break from the video that goes from 11:00 to 11:35, only 35 seconds, but it gets stuck, the funniest thing that the first time I did this procedure I took the initial 15 seconds of the video with the same settings and it was no problem, how to solve this problem?
