Unable to read certain .avi files

I'm unable to convert this file. Unsure why. Any thoughts?

The file path is long... but i'm assuming not long enough to cause trouble.

Looks like Mediainfo isn't able to read actual file. Thanks for the help. This is obviously a bad video file.
