Will not handle folders.

Description of problem or question:
While I can routinely do single files, Handbrake will not accept folders. When I click to add a folder to the queue I get an error message:

An Unknown Error has occurred.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

I reinstalled Handbrake and it worked perfectly, once. After that it reverted to not accepting folders. I click to add an individual file to the queue but get an error message:

"The output directory you have chosen either does not exist or you do not have permission to write files to it."

I click to change the output directory, clcik Save to the same directory (unchanged) and it adds the file to the queue. Adding the next individual file to the queue requires exactly the same steps.

In Preferences->Output files, what do you have in the various fields? These are important when doing "batch add", because the file names and paths are generated by the rules on that tab.

When you added all to the queue, it tried to do a drive space check on your D:\ drive
That drive was reported as being unavailable which caused a failure.

Do you have a d drive? Is a HDD or network drive?

s55: Thanks for your help. You sure know what to look for. That D drive should have been my G drive, another internal regular HDD. I changed the setting to the correct one and it now works flawlessly. I have my amazing Handbrake back again. Thank you. Thank you.
