soft burn subtitles

Hi there,

I am trying to rip one of my DVD and would like to use soft subtitles so using the playback software I can enable/disable subtitles. Is this possible and how? See below my activity log

DVD VOBSUB subtitles are not officially supported in MP4 files, but some players will accept them. Some ignore their existence.

Make sure that the "burn" checkbox is not checked for any of your subtitles; in the encode you provided the log for, the first subtitle track is set to be burned in.

Since you're attempting to use handbrake as a ripper, there may be interference with your third-party decryption library. Someone submitted a bug report last week that was "fixed" by ripping the disk with MakeMKV, and then having handbrake encode the resulting MKV file.
