Help! Makemkv rips 4k HDR smaller file size

Description of problem or question:
I need to shrink my Makemkv 4K UHD HDR rips. I need the settings to shrink my rips while keeping the video aspect & ratio as well as the 4k & HDR. Can someone help me with the setting i need to use or provide me with a preset? I don't want to resize the aspect or ratio. I just want a smaller size that keeps the 4K & HDR. Any help would be great. Thank you in advance!
