need smaller file size

Description of problem or question:

My original video is 10 gb, but I need it to be less than 5 in a AVI, mp4, or m4v format. I have changed the parameters, tweaking them several times, but I can only manage to get it down to 5.12 gb.

No one can tell you what to change if they don't know what you did in the first place. It's simple to run the RF up to 30 or so, and make the file get REALLY small, but you probably wouldn't like the results.
