how to specify track 2 audio mix in Windows?

First of all, thanks so much for wonderful program. I spent days looking for the best program and HandBrake is the best!

I have anime with audio track 1: 2h, track 2: 5.1 dolby surround. I can use CL to let HandBrake encode 2nd track to .mkv. But cannot find how to specify mix of 2nd track.

I want it to be 5.1 (so, maybe ProLogic2??)

It's easy if 1st track is 5.1

You can only set one mixdown, it's applied to all tracks. But it's smart enough to know that if a track isn't 5.1 to begin with, not to bother doing a pl2 mixdown.
