I was unable to encode an MKV file using HB 1.3.0. I updated to 1.3.1, but was still unable to encode it. I had a copy of HB 1.2.2 & that build successfully encodes the MKV. 1.3.1 does the subtitle scan (1 of 2), but immediately fails when starting scan 2 of 2. I've included the Activity Log from 1.3.1, but I also have the Activity Log that 1.2.2 produced.
