Unable to use Handbrake no matter the version

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

Just opening the program throws up this message. And the program becomes unresponsive. :(

Are you running as the same user that you used when you installed handbrake? Is drive D still online?

This sounds like a UAC thing on Windows 7, and can sometimes be tricky to get rid of.
Does it help if you right-click on the icon and "Run as Administrator?"

If it helps, I had a really old version working smoothly and for some reason, decided to upgrade to the latest version and have been stuck with this issue every since! :(

Uninstalled and reinstalled several different versions to no avail. :cry:
