Handbrake and OBS both have QuickSync grayed out. Activity Log shows Quick Sync not available. NVENC is able to be selected.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Checking "Preferences->Video"
Troubleshooting steps taken:
1) Flashed motherboard bios with latest non-beta BIOS from Asrock.
2) Confirmed "IGPU Multi Monitor" is set to enabled. "Share Memory" set to auto (default).
3) Checked BIOS settings for "enable iGPU and PCIE" but there is only a "set primary display" option that dictates which shows post/bios/bootup displays.
4) Handbrake and OBS are at stable latest versions.
5) Copious Rebooting
The only thing I haven't tried is unplugging my video card which I doubt will do anything. I figured I'd ask around here first.
