How do I set colour output to NV12?

Description of problem or question:
I recorded some videos in OBS but the format cannot be read by Adobe Premiere Pro CC. I am trying to convert the video to a format that Premiere can read. I was able to set OBS to NV12 colour format and that was accepted by Premiere but I need to also convert the existing videos. The videos are in MOV and MP4 formats. I am looking for colour format options in HandBrake but I am not familiar with the software. VLC is able to read the videos without issue.

I don't really understand the technical side of this really. Thanks

Try the Production Standard preset and see if that works for you in Premiere.

If it doesn't, post the encoding log from that attempt.

Please post your encode logs. The whole logs.
That said, OBS easily records files compatible in Premiere and other NLEs.
However, that is beyond the scope of peer support for Handbrake.
