No output file after encoding...

My first time using HandBrake. Using version 9.1

My problem is that I end up with no output file during or after encoding.

My source is a dvd folder that I ended up with after using dvd decrypter.
I think that it is encoding...The first time I tried it took 3 hours for a 90 minutes video. I did have it set for 80% quality.

Currently I am encoding a different movie and there is no output file where it is supposed to be.

Any ideas?
