Cannot load NvEncodeAPIGetMaxSupportedVersion

Post by markfilipak »

Description of problem or question:
In addition to the normal activity log, I got a 2nd activity log. It has only one line: "Cannot load NvEncodeAPIGetMaxSupportedVersion". Do you know what that's about? From the name, I assume it has something to do with NVIDIA.

From a web search it appears this text is from ffmpeg. Unfortunately, ffmpeg is rather short on documentation.

Are the potential log texts documented anywhere? Perhaps a development code file somewhere?

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0): 1.2.2 (2019022300)
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update): Win10-1803
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

Code: Select all

Cannot load NvEncodeAPIGetMaxSupportedVersion
