HandBrake Will Not Open At All

Description of problem or question:

I click on the HandBrake application and nothing happens. There's no error message. It just simply doesn't open. It used to work fine and all of a sudden it just won't open.


Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

I open handbrake and nothing happens.

I updated my drivers, did a system update, got the newest version of handbrake from their website. I uninstalled and re-installed a bunch. I tried their troubleshooting guide and it didnt do anything.


HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.2.2


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Windows 10


HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)

The logs literally do not exist. Its nowhere on my computer. It might be because I uninstalled it and re-installed a bunch of times and I cant open it.
